Cookridge Primary School’s vision for History
Everyone at Cookridge Primary school will be confident, enthusiastic and capable historians based on a “hands on” and interactive approach to learning. History at Cookridge will give children an insight into the historical context in which they live, and a chance to form conclusions about historic events in their locality and around the world. The children will become confident researchers, presenters and be able to debate the significance of key historical events and individuals.
