We would love to invite you in to join us for a workshop on Thursday 4th May 2023 all about reading in LKS2. The workshop will give you the chance to explore the statutory National Reading Curriculum and how we teach this at Cookridge. We will discuss the importance of reading and the different elements that make up a good reader. There will also be some resources to take home to support you in helping your child at home with their reading.
If you would like to join us for this event, please enter school through the main playground gate at 2:25pm for a 2:30pm start. The session will last approximately 45 minutes in order to allow for the usual hometime routine.
