Grasslands Farm Trip 24th and 25th May 2023

Dear Parents and Carers,

On 24th May, Year 5 are visiting Grasslands Farm, and year 6 are visiting on the 25th May. Please can you complete this consent form. These forms need returning this week please.

Can you please also ensure that the payment for the trip is made.
