Free swimming lessons – Easter Half term – Pupil premium only

Is your child a non swimmer? Would they benefit from free swimming lessons in the Easter holidays? 

We have been allocated a number of free swimming vouchers for Active Leeds Swimming lessons. 

Lessons are only for those children that are non-swimmers or beginners e.g. require buoyancy aids to move independently in the water, unable to swim 5m or Beginner/Low Ability i.e. can swim up to 10m but only with swim aids/flotation

Please note a child in the middle/deep end of the pool or one who can swim more than 15m would not be suitable for this programme. 

Active Leeds have requested that only Pupils in receipt of free school meals/pupil premium or low income to be eligible. 

The child must be in Year 3 or above.

You must be available for four consecutive days to have a 45 minute lesson during the first or second week of the Easter holidays.
