Reception 2023 – Admissions Form deadline

There is a VITAL admission form that we need in order to ensure your child’s needs are met. You need to make sure any medical needs, dietary requirements, consent forms are filled out on this form. Please can you fill out this form by 10^th July. You can find it on our school website, under the tab ‘New Starters – September 2023’ – Step 3’.
