Reception – Forest School

Reception have continued to explore our Forest School provision this morning by learning and playing in lots of the different areas we have available in the school garden. Pupils built on their skills and creativity from last session in the sandpit, mud kitchen and on the ninja slackline. They also challenged themselves with a different balancing scale challenge, completed their weeding challenge in one of our growing beds and were imaginative in using loose parts to create pictures. Pupils also explored our outdoor reading provision underneath the tree house and took it in turns to visit the animals and fed the rabbits and chickens whilst also giving the guinea pigs cuddles and a morning hair brush.
