Important Summer Fair information

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all your donations so far, this really contributes to making the summer fair a success!

If you are choosing to pick up your child up at 1:20pm tomorrow then please complete the form online by the end of today so we know how many staff we need for safeguarding.

Tomorrow we are asking for donations of cakes and baked goods for the cafe and your child will be rewarded with an extra playtime.

If your child is staying in school, we will endeavor to make sure they visit the fair but unfortunately, if there are over a certain amount of children still in school, we may not be able to guarantee this, but the fair is continuing until 3:30pm. It might be a good idea to send a small amount of cash with your child, just in case we are able to take them.

Bouncy castle – We will be having a bouncy castle tomorrow, and in previous years we have offered the opportunity for the children to have access to the bouncy castle prior to the fair so they can ensure that they get chance to ‘bounce’. It’s also nice because they get to play on the bouncy castle with their friends in their class. If you would like your child to participate in this, then please send your child with £2.00 tomorrow to hand to their class teacher and we will make sure they access the bouncy castle during the school day.

We are really looking forward to tomorrow and so are the children, we have over £300 worth of raffle prizes, including a jungle kids weekly pass for the summer holidays, as well as restaurant vouchers, a free haircut, free kids clubhouse tickets, Middleton railway tickets and so much more!  We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Mr Taylor and Mrs Baxter, our parent helpers, who have helped source all the prizes for the raffle. Also, thank you to Mrs Raven who took the time last night to help set up the tombolas for the fair.

We will be having a bouncy castle, face painting, BBQ, popcorn, candy floss, cafe, tuck shop, ice lollies, marshmallow toasting on the firepit, splat the teacher, beat the goalie, chocolate tombola, bottle tombola, book stall, toy stall, photo booth, hook a duck and many more! The prices will range from 5p – £2.50 and the event is cash only.

Please note the entrance fee is £1 an adult and children are free!

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow at 1:30pm, lets hope for this fantastic weather to continue!
