KS1 – Forest School – Animal Habitats

Today in Forest School, pupils in Classes 1,2 and 3 have enjoyed learning more about animal habitats and the needs of living things. Tasked with creating a home for an animal, children organsied themselves into groups, used natural materials and loose parts to create a variety of homes with doors, windows, rooms, beds and food stores. Some even included exercise rooms – to help the animal stay healthy-  and secret exits so they could escape predators. Well done KS1!
