UKS2 – Class 8 & 9 – Maths

This week, the children in Miss Chambers’ maths class used dominoes to compare fractions that were less than 1.

They created two different fractions by placing dominoes with the lesser number on the top to create two fractions. Then, they drew bar models to represent their fractions. Finally, they compared their fractions by using the greater than or lesser than signs.
