Today in Geography, Class 8 began exploring their new termly topic of South America. After discussing in class some of the key facts and figures about the world’s fourth largest continent, the children were challenged to use atlases to label the 12 countries and their capital cities. Once they had completed the map of South America, they moved onto the North American continent and did the same.
