Wellbeing Wednesday – Forest School

Today groups enjoyed sessions which focused on child-led wellbeing. We discussed what wellbeing is and why it’s important before coming up with activities that could lead us to improve our wellbeing. Children either chose to exercise using the slackline, play games using the tree house or challenge themselves to create a fire for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. At the end of each session, we all agreed that our wellbeing had improved by either being active, over coming a challenge or by simply spending time with their friends and being social.
