KS2 – LS10 Skatepark

This half term, a group of children from KS2 were invited to go to LS10 Skatepark to take part in skateboarding sessions with a coach. The children were given helmets and skateboards and learned some exciting new skills such as the best way to get on, where to place your feet when skating and how to ‘Tic-Tac”. Half way through the session, the children were given the chance to swap their skateboards for scooters. The coaches were around and helped the children with some new skills they could do on their scooters. All the children had a fantastic time!
