UKS2 – Class 8, 9 & 10 – Working scientifically: measure

Today in UKS2, the children were learning about the importance of precision and accuracy in scientific enquiry. Using their working scientifically skills, they were challenged to measure distance, time, mass and volume, as well as estimating then measuring capacity. 

The children used a range of equipment and skills in order to explore and measure accurately.
