UKS2 – Class 8, 9 & 10 – Forest School

This week in UKS2, the children were asked to utilise their tool skills to create their own Olympic award. Taking influence from a range of Ancient Greek sources, the children designed, made then evaluated their medals and trophies.

A variety of skills were used, including: whittling, drilling, sawing and knotting. Alongside this, a range of materials were used, including wood, clay, apples and string!

The children worked safely and effectively to create their pieces!
