Over the last two weeks, we have been focussing on adding two, 2-digit numbers. This can sometimes be a tricky process due to how many steps there are but not for us! We started off by using base 10 to physically move objects that would help us work out the answer. Once we mastered this, we practised drawing our tens and ones so we could visually represent how to work out our addition. Finally, we moved onto carrying 10 which meant we had another step to remember!
Mrs Salam is really pleased with how hard we are working and the effort we are putting in.
