Beehive 26/27 Bookings open

Good Afternoon,

Our Beehive, wrap around care bookings are now open for the 26-27 school year. We use a system called MagicBooking, where you can book, cancel and pay for all of your bookings. 

Even if you do not use Beehive, it is always useful to have an account as we now accept ad hoc bookings, as we know parenthood likes to throw us a curveball!

You will be able to block book for the entire school year if you wish and pay this monthly (in advance of the coming month) and add ad-hoc bookings as required. 

The prices are as follows.

Breakfast club £7.50

After School Club 13.50

Please try wherever possible to create ONE booking by adding all the sessions you require to the same booking. If you need to add extra sessions at a later date, please go amend your original booking rather than just add on a new extra booking. This helps keep your payments easier to manage. Once booked you can select to spread these payments evenly across as many months you wish (within 12 months).

If you pay via a Tax free Childcare system it really helps if you can send a screen shot of these payments once you make them. It can take a few months for your payments to go via Leeds City Council to our school bank account so it helps me keep your accounts in good standing.
