Calling All Apples and Pears

You may have noticed it has been an exceptional year for fruit due to the warm, sunny conditions experienced throughout Spring and Summer. On Wednesday 24th September, some of our pupils are visiting a farm in Collingham to make apple and pear juice using the fruit which has grown here at school. If you, or anyone you know, has an abundance of apples and pears (any variety and type is fine for juicing) that they don’t know what to do with, please can you bring them into school in boxes/bags before next Wednesday and bring to the school office. Once the juice is made and pasteurised, we will be selling them at school for our school community to enjoy! Thank you.
