Class 2 – English – H1 -16.10.26

We have been learning all about the important job nurses do and have been focusing on the incredible Florence Nightingale. We discovered who she was, what she did to help others and why her work was so important. We have been putting our learning into practice by writing sentences about nurses and Florence Nightingale, sharing all the interesting facts we have learnt! Alongside this, we have been working hard on our handwriting, focusing on forming our letters correctly and identifying ascending letters (that reach up high!) and descending letters (that dip down below the line). We are so proud of the care and effort Class 2 are putting into their writing!
