EYFS – Forest School 31.3.26

It was a bit of a different Forest School session today for pupils in Reception due to the extra Sports Champions assembly and PE activity. All the pupils came out together and enjoyed some time in our outdoor area. As well as the usual areas for children to lead their own learning in, such as the sandpit, mud kitchen, den building, there were some Easter themed activities too. Children went on an Easter egg hunt around the trees to find 21 hidden eggs in practice for Easter Sunday’s egg hunts in the garden and afterwards pupils had the option of playing with wooden eggs. Pupils could make a nest for them, create games with them or do anything they could think of – creativity and imagination were certainly in full swing this morning! Well done EYFS!
