IT Support at home in case of bubbles closing

In an attempt to have a solid contingency plan in place, in the event of one or all of our Bubbles closing, we are conducting a survey to find out the support needed at home in order for all children to access the home learning platform we choose to use. The government have asked us to gauge the numbers of families who would qualify for free IT eqiupment at home. Please can you take 1 min to fill out the following survey in order for us to ascertain numbers of IT equipment we would need to order to help support the qualifying families.
