Key Stage 1 – Home Learning update

Thank-you for your patience yesterday. We have been busy putting together a plan for the coming weeks.

If your child has a place in our critical worker group, you will have been contacted by school. For those children who are accessing the learning at home, packs are available for collection for each child from the school office for the rest of this week and the next two weeks. Packs will be extended for after these weeks and we will let you know when they are available for collection.  Within your child’s pack there will be up to 2 reading books, if your child does not have two already out. If you require these changing, this can be done on the week commencing 25.01.21, when new learning packs will be available for collection.

Each child will be allocated a zoom time slot and you will be receiving this via email this week. They will be commencing on Monday 11th January

In these sessions, children will share their work they have completed and be able to ask any questions they have about their previous or future learning.

In line with Government guidance, school must have daily contact with your child (e.g. purple mash, zoom, contact via keystage1 email etc). If we don’t receive any communication, school will have no choice but to contact you.

Thank-you for all the work during the previous times we have provided home learning, we really appreciate it. If you require support during this period, please do get in contact. We are here to support you.
