KS1 – An afternoon of Forest Schools fun!

This afternoon, KS1 enjoyed the sunshine by spending their time up at our much loved Forest School area.

Continuing with the theme of our ‘Pirates’ topic, we enjoyed lots of pirate-related activities such as burying for gold, designing our own maps that lead to the treasure we had hidden, building pirate ships from natural materials, whittling our own pirate swords, lighting fires to keep us warm aboard our ships, and even walking the pirate plank in our playhouse!

We had so much fun and can’t wait for our next session… in hopefully even warmer weather!
