KS1 – Class 2 – Trip to Bridlington

Wow! What an amazing day we had in Bridlington!

We jumped on the coach full of excitement for the day ahead as we set off on our seaside adventure.

When we arrived, we headed straight to the Lido, where we splashed and played in the water. Then we walked along the seafront spotting some features of the seaside. We saw the lifeboat centre, shops, boats and lots more!

Then we settled on the beach and ate our lunch making sure to keep an eye out for the sneaky seagulls. Next, we played in the sand. Some of us built massive holes, others buried each other, we had a very competitive game of football on the go and some of us made wonderful sand castles.

Finally, we enjoyed a yummy ice cream or lolly before packing up our things and getting back on the coach to school – this time with our shoes full of sand! 

It was a fantastic and fun day!
