We have really enjoyed our geography lessons this half term. We learnt all about Africa but focussed mainly on Kenya and Nairobi. We also learnt about England and the UK. Then, we used our knowledge of both countries to compare the similarities and differences between them. After this, we discovered all about compasses, including how to create one and how to use one! We have enjoyed doing a range of activities in our provision areas including wordsearches, creating our own town in Kenya and even directing our partners using compass points outside in the sunshine!
