Leeds Family Hub drop ins over summer

If you have a SEND child at home and are worried about needing/wanting support over the summer, these are the details for the drop in sessions at the Family Hub. 

The hub is based in Horsforth Library and can find Kirsty Addison who is the SEND coordinator for the family hubs within in the annex to the right of the entrance or ask for her at the library desk.
