LKS2 – Class 5 – Science

On Tuesday, we started our new Science topic: Sound. The children used a tuning fork to investigate how sound is made, and we learned that vibrations cause sound waves which travel to our ear, and that is how we hear things. Then we made string telephones and found that we could hear each other through the cups because the vibrations could travel along the string. It even worked around the corner!
