Nurture Group – Forest School

Today we continued with our theme of ‘weather’ in our Forest School session and learnt about the Sun. We discussed the different seasons, the strength of the Sun at different parts of the year and ways we can keep ourselves safe from being sunburnt. We then created our own version of the Sun using a circle as a starting point before exploring other areas of provision in the Forest School area including the animals, mud kitchen and tree house.
