Nurture Group – Forest School

After their work exploring the Forest School areas, Nurture Group finished their Forest School work on ‘The Tiger Who Came For Tea’ today by helping to create a fire and cooking two different foods! First, pupils helped Mr Gamble cook corn kernels and had great fun listening and watching the oil and kernels hiss, pop and crack. Children each enjoyed a drink, fruit and warm popcorn around the fire. After that, pudding was served! Pupils took it in turns to roast their own marshmallows before getting stuck into the gooey treats.
