The team at Leeds City Museum will select the lucky winners and transform their ideas into real pumpkins, which will then be proudly displayed at the museum this Halloween.
Visitors can then vote for their favourite in the people’s choice pumpkin poll. The overall winner will receive a prize!
Mrs Cooper-Kight will be running a lunchtime art club for the next 4 weeks, leading up to the half-term holidays. The club will give you the chance to create your final pumpkin designs using a range of materials.
But there are only a limited number of spaces!
If you would like the chance to have your design made into a real pumpkin, displayed at the museum for the public to see, and compete to be the overall winner, you need to get creative this weekend!
Your Challenge
Design a fabulous pumpkin on an A4 piece of paper.
Hand in your design by Monday 28th September (you only have this weekend to create your design!)
Your class will vote for two overall winners. These two pupils will be invited to join the lunchtime art club and create their pumpkin designs for the museum competition.
