Reading Buddy Class Swap

Today we launched the first Reading Buddy Class Swap across school. Devised by our new Reading Reps, the initiative aims to promote a love of reading and develop our reading culture and community across school. Classes were ‘buddied’ with another. Half of each class then swapped over, taking a book and/or box of books, to read to younger or older pupils. Feedback from pupils and teachers agreed it was a huge success  -well done Reading Reps, a great start to your new role!
