Seasonal Flu vaccine offer – Reception to Year 6

The seasonal flu vaccine is part of a national programme to protect children, their families and communities against serious complications of influenza, reduce the spread of the virus and help protect vulnerable people. The school nurses are proposing to come to  school on 17.09.25, please ensure that you have submitted a form even if you do not consent, 7 days prior to the session.

Please find the attached letter with the information on how to consent.

Please note we can not accept consent in the school office. This is run by Leeds community Healthcare and we just facilitate it.
