For the first day of the summer term, UKS2 had an Aztec themed cross-curricular day. With activities including: a Forest School construction of an Aztec temple, a PE lesson playing ‘Ullamaliztli’ (an Aztec ball game), a RIC on the rules of ‘Ullamaliztli’ and an art lesson creating stamps based on Aztec art, the children have enjoyed an action packed and active day learning about this long lost empire.
