UKS2 – Class 8, 9 & 10 – English

Today in English, UKS2 jumped feet first into their new topic of Ancient Greeks with a creative and fun filled lesson. 

After using dictionaries and thesauruses to define and find synonyms for words in reading, the children were then challenged to create their own top trump cards based on the Ancient Greek Gods and Goddesses. 

Using their research to guide them, the children had to draw, rate and then play with their top trump cards, using their understanding of the Greek deities to guide their creations. Well done UKS2.
