UKS2 – Computing

Today in our Computer lesson, the students had their first opportunity to use Micro:bit as part of our new computing topic. The children explored how to programme the Micro:bit to; create flashing images on the LED display, use shaking movements as an input and control actions using the built-in buttons. The students showed great enthusiasm and curiosity while learning these new skills, and it was wonderful to see them experimenting and problem-solving as they tested their programs.

We look forward to building on these skills over the coming weeks as the topic continues.
