UKS2 – Forest School 27.4.26
What a wonderful day outside in the sun for UKS2 pupils today in their Forest School sessions. They got to enjoy a session where they could lead their own learning and really use their imaginations, creativity and skills we have been building on before Easter. Pupils had a range of options, including using their knot tying skills to create tent shelters and pitch hammocks for them to do some tree bathing and relax in. There was also a selection of tools for pupils to use safely for a variety of tasks. Pupils could craft, play in the mud kitchen or sandpit or build dens using the den building poles and tarps. Each option tested the pupils in a different way, whether it was teamwork, communication, resilience, applying skills or developing their creativity. Well done UKS2 on a fabulous day!
