UKS2 – S’more Challenge – Forest School

Today in Forest School pupils in UKS2 were tasked with building on their fire knowledge from their previous session in order to light a fire, grow it and make S’mores. Teams had to communicate effectively, problem solve and be resilient in order to achieve the right amount of heat from their fire in order to roast marshmallows which were then added to biscuits for a tasty snack! For those who did not succeed, we reflected and reviewed what had happened over the session in order to put into practice new skills and techniques next time.
