Wave Group – Day 2 – Robinwood

Wave Group have been non-stop today from breakfast till tea with a host of activities which pushed them out of their comfort zones and into the challenge zone! Their day began with facing the dreaded piranha pool where pupils literally threw themselves in at the deep end! After a hot shower, the group tackled the trapeze where the children once again proved they were expert climbers and jumped into the air to catch the bar. After completing the Challenge Course and after a delicious hot meal, children then zoomed down the zip line completing tasks and challenges along the way before taking on another height challenge in the Giant Swing – which was much more fun and enjoyable than they first realised! Before tea, pupils had time to hit the bullseye with archery. The highlight of the day has been the amount of encouragement and support they have given to each other – what a great team spirit!
