Whole School Eid Celebration

Last Friday, we had a wonderful day celebrating Eid at school. In the morning, the whole school came together for a special assembly. Children from UKS2 presented a PowerPoint explaining what Eid is and what it means to them. The assembly also included a fantastic fashion show, showcasing traditional Islamic clothing from around the world. Staff and students from all year groups took part and looked incredible!

Throughout the day, each phase enjoyed a range of activities, including fashion design, crescent moon art, henna art, and making paper lanterns.

During the afternoon, members of our Muslim community joined us and kindly provided a feast for all the children. It was a truly special occasion, with a fantastic atmosphere and a strong sense of community spirit.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making the day so memorable.
