We’ve learnt another new spelling rule in phonics this week for Year 2. We have been learning how to add the suffixes -er and -est to words ending in y.
Along with this, we’ve been putting our reading to the test by becoming detectives to answer a range of vocabulary questions about a piece of text. We’ve been especially focusing on how to spot adjectives.
