Y4 – English: Oracy – 22/09/26

Y4-Writing-Oracy
Last week in English, LKS2 wrote a free verse poem. Our poem was based on a Stone Age hunt. To inspire our poem, we listened to a Stone Age story on Now Press Play and then went out to re-enact the story. This helped us to think of the different actions that we could include in our poem as well as our sense to make our poem come to life. We really enjoyed acting it out and talking about the different features we would include. 

We also discussed different prefixes and suffixes that we could read in the story.
