Year 2 – Class 3 – PE

Today in PE, Class 3 continued with gymnastics. This week, we looked at learning various ways to balance. We focused on point balances, which allow hand and foot contact with the ground, but also patch balances, which allow no hand or foot contact with the ground. To extend our balances, we used the use of levels (high and low). 

To end the lesson, we took part in a cool down yoga session with balancing as the focus.
