Year 6 Only – Leavers’ Assembly

We would like to invite you to attend your child’s final assembly and celebrate their time at Cookridge Primary School. The assembly will start at 2.15pm and you will be able to enter the hall through the main playground gate from 2pm. Please fill out the form below to inform us of how many seats you will need. Due to space, we can only offer a maximum of two seats per child. We look forward to seeing you there!
