Wellbeing Wednesday – Forest School

We’ve had a very busy Wellbeing Wednesday here at school today with lots of jobs going on! The first group worked incredibly hard in the kitchen garden to remove weeds and move other herbs to allow for a new strawberry bed to be created. We discussed how seeing the transformation happen in only an hour made us feel and why we’d been successful and the impact that has on wellbeing. The second group spent their time in the animal enclosures watering, feeding and caring for the animals. They also collected the eggs from the chickens and packaged them up ready to be sold at the school office at the end of the day.
