Arbor accounts activated.

Good Morning,

We are now using the Parent Portal and Parent App, and has set up an account for you. 

Some of you may be familiar with Arbor if you have children in high school and may already be able to see our school on your portal.

Arbor will replace parent pay, so any new payments going forward will be on there. Please ensure any historical payments on parent pay are brought up to date. If there are tiny amounts on your child’s school dinners and you do not pay for meals please ignore these, there is no need to contact us. School Meal payments will be added onto Arbor from Monday.

Arbor will not replace our school app and you will continue to receive notifications and news letters via there in the way you do now. Arbor will be used as an admin facility. 

On Arbor you are able to update any details regarding your children, such as their address, phone numbers, as well as adding/taking off people who are authorised to collect your child. This is done in real time so the teachers will be able to see those immediately. 

Please take the time to have a look through your Child’s details and update anything you notice needs updating. Their Data has been transferred from our the MIS we previously used so you might find the odd gap.

To finish creating your account you just need to set a password. Your username is the email address we will send your Arbor welcome email to. Please check your junk if you do not see it.

Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? to finish setting up your account.

The Parent App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones. Please ensure you download the Parent Portal and not the pupil portal.
