Year 6 Residential Visit to Weardale

We are delighted to share that our Year 6 residential visit to Weardale was a huge success. The children had a fantastic time and were a real credit to themselves, their families and our school throughout the trip.

Their behaviour was outstanding from start to finish, and we were incredibly proud of the maturity, kindness and respect they showed at all times. Most importantly, every child challenged themselves, stepped outside their comfort zone and gave their very best in all of the activities. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they took on new experiences and supported one another along the way.

The residential provided many opportunities for the children to develop their teamwork, resilience and independence, while also creating lasting memories with their friends. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for both the children and staff, filled with fun, laughter and achievement.
