LKS2 – Art – Textiles, Collage & Printmaking – D

Today we had fun creating our own cave art! Building on the stencils we designed last week, we used charcoal and chalk pastels to bring our designs to life. We practised applying the right amount of pressure to create clear prints and experimented with repeating shapes, layering and combining colours to create interesting patterns and effects. We also took time to look at our artwork and think about what went well and what we might try differently next time. It was lovely to see everyone using their imagination, exploring different techniques and creating their own unique pieces of art.
