Forest School- Well-Being Wednesday

What a lovely morning we’ve had in the spring sunshine! Well-being Wednesdays kicked off with a bang this half-term with the younger pupils having their first go at yoga in the trees before visiting our new school guinea pigs. They discussed how they felt in new spaces and situations and compared that to how the guinea pigs would be feeling. Together, we thought of ways to help both them and us when facing new situations. The older group expressed how they were feeling using sticks then completed so yoga too. After, we made a picture of something we did in the holidays which made us feel good before presenting our ideas to the rest of the group.
