Today is World Mental Health Day 2023 and to celebrate this Key Stage One pupils have enjoyed a day of Forest School activities based on promoting mental health and its importance. We used loose parts to create colour kebabs using skewers and to make an Autumn Colour Hunt card to complete. We also put up the hammocks in the trees to focus on how important it is to stop, relax and listen at times and take time out of our busy schedules. Finally, children have tried some outdoor yoga to focus on exercising their body and mind with careful breathing and some challenge stretches!
