Reading Buddy Class Swap

Back by popular demand, the hugely successful Reading Buddy Class Swap returned to Cookridge this week. Classes and pupils were buddied up together and enjoyed spending part of their afternoon reading and listening to each other. It was fabulous walking into classrooms and hearing older pupils modelling good reading habits to younger ones whilst the younger children read enthusiastically and with pride when reading to their older peers.
