In addition to your parental consultation meeting with your child’s class teacher, I would like to invite you to attend a 30 minute appointment with myself as your child is on our schools SEND register on Thursday 5th December. This will be an opportunity to discuss your thoughts and opinions about SEN provision at Cookridge Primary School and your child’s success.
If you would like an appointment please can you fill out the box below by selecting a time slot, you will then be asked to confirm this selection before being taken to the final step. Here you need to add your child’s name, your name and enter your email address.
